Back pain can be especially debilitating if it occurs during movement, sitting, and can often interfere with people’s sleep patterns. Many people suffer for years with low back pain and unfortunately do not have a clear understanding of what is causing their back pain, and have not been educated on how to manage it.

Physiotherapy treatment is an effective way to relieve back pain or lower back pain. Physiotherapy often helps with resolving alignment issues, improving mobility and decreasing pain through exercise, manual therapy and education.
Physiotherapy may also help treat issues associated with poor muscle tone and flexibility. Muscles can become tight or weak due to a variety of reasons and can affect your ability to move, run, swim, play sports, or get around your home.

How Long It Takes To Recover From Back Pain?
Unfortunately, there is no rule-of-thumb to indicate how long it will take to recover from back pain or lower back pain. It depends on many factors. However, if you are proactive in taking care of your injury, it will definitely be a quicker recovery. Another factor is to make sure you complete the plan of care recommended by your Physiotherapist.
